Izabela Sloma approaches every transaction like a passion project. As the founder of Sloma Real Estate Group and the senior VP of sales at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty in Chicago, she brings more than a decade’s worth of experience, knowledge and appreciation for what she does to the job. “I love the idea of finding them their dream home and exceeding their expectations. The client’s happiness is my main priority,” she says.
Working with luxury and first-time homebuyers, as well as repeat clients and new construction builders and rehabbers, Sloma’s flexibility and ability to handle any sale makes her an asset in the industry and her focus on customer service is unparalleled. “If you have strong negotiation skills, you can assist your clients in getting the best deal possible when buying or selling a home,” she says. “You know right away how far you can take a negotiation once you have the experience, and that determines how you ultimately approach the situation and close the deal.”
Sloma has been recognized as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors every year since 2010, making it into the top 1 percent of agents, and she is a certified Negotiation Expert. Still, she prefers to measure her success and growth by her clients’ satisfaction rather than traditional accolades. “All of my clients and sales have been one large accomplishment, no sale has been more important than the next,” she says.
Sloma is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and in her free time volunteers with the Chicago Children’s Choir and the Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation.
