O’Leary created and launched her own skin care line with national distribution and led marketing for a Chicago-based luxury real estate developer before turning her talents and passion to real estate brokerage.

Today, she specializes in luxury homes and condos in Lincoln Park, Lakeview and surrounding neighborhoods. “I have spent my career as an entrepreneur,” she says. “I love charting my own course and appreciate other entrepreneurial minded individuals.”

O’Leary enjoys serving all of her clients, but is particularly excited about leading sales for a new luxury condo in Lincoln Park that will be announced soon. She also recently sold out of a luxury boutique condo at 3438 Elaine Place in Lakeview. The sale set a new price record in the neighborhood that paved the way for other luxury developments to follow.  With practical knowledge and experience in zoning matters and neighborhood and aldermanic relations, O’Leary helps her developer clients navigate planning and approval processes to deliver products buyers want and appreciate.

In 2016, O’Leary was named a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors, and a Top Producer at Jameson Sotheby’s in Chicago. She credits her success to her resourcefulness, persistence and consistent communication style. “My strength is my attention to detail and laser focus to help my clients define and then achieve their primary objective in selling their home or buying a new one,” she says.

She also utilizes her extensive knowledge in new development by counseling her clients on contract specificity, floor plan design, new home finishes, features and amenities. “I am passionate about the service I provide,” she says. “I enjoy serving as a strategic advisor to my clients at all stages.”

A longtime resident of Lincoln Park, O’Leary is a board member of the Sheffield Neighborhood Association and is active in other neighborhood organizations and groups. Unsurprisingly, she’s a big fan of HGTV, especially the show “Fixer Upper” with Chip and Joanna Gaines.
