Aaron Share sees himself as more than a real estate professional — not only is he a lead broker at Home Discovery Team with Berkshire Hathaway Koenig Rubloff, but he’s also a guide and mentor for his clients. “I’m committed to being there for them as a trusted advisor whenever and wherever they need me,” he says. “I don’t focus on the transaction; I focus on my client and their best interests by taking the time to listen to their goals and making sure their needs are fiercely represented.”

Share works with a wide range of clients in the North Shore suburbs and the North Side of Chicago, which has recently turned into a specialty: transitioning clients from the city to the suburbs. He also works with first-time buyers, investors, and buyers/sellers looking to downsize or upgrade with the knowledge, insight and ability to both navigate the new purchase and execute the sale of the previous property. Recently he began working on another new luxury condo development as well. Share’s goal is to provide optimal customer service while handling the business side of the transaction. “My strategy is consistent,” he says. “I’m professional and want to ensure that my clients emerge from every transaction feeling like a winner.”

In 2016, Share beat his personal sales volume, broke into the Glenview market and became one of the top three brokers in his neighborhood and surrounding area. He also received the CAR Platinum Award and the Berkshire Hathaway Diamond Award. “I owe my success to the people who trust me to make their real estate dreams come true,” he says. Share and his team’s sales volume surpassed $106 million, earning them a ranking among the top 10 teams in the state. He also welcomed two new brokers to the mix last year. “I have a dedicated team that applies our blueprint for success to every transaction, and uses aggressive marketing techniques to sell properties,” he explains.

When Share isn’t selling homes, he enjoys working in his yard and spending time with his wife and two children. He is actively involved with his family’s activities and throughout his community.
