Mimi Luna’s innate drive to succeed has pushed her to be the best agent she can be. Her hard work and positive attitude have paid off: She was the 2014 Rookie of the Year in her brokerage’s office, No. 1 in buyer sales and No. 4 in sales closed in 2015, and is a recent inductee into the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle. Such a volume of accomplishments in less than three years in the industry speaks to Luna’s talent and her ability to make personal connections with her clients. “I treat my clients with the same care and attention that I show my loved ones because that’s just who I am!” she says.

Luna’s outgoing personality and ability to put people at ease make for a winning combination in real estate. Her years of experience at both mortgage and title companies before becoming a Realtor give her the perspective needed to expertly guide clients through even the most difficult transactions and earn their trust. “I truly understand all aspects of this industry, so my clients can rest assured knowing that I can skillfully negotiate on their behalf,” she explains. That knowledge, she adds, is a primary reason why most of her business comes from referrals.

Luna’s extensive know-how enables her to coach buyers through multiple offer situations in Chicagoland’s booming market. “My clients know that I’m always going to provide great counsel because I set high standards for myself to deliver only the best,” she says, “but I also make certain we have fun throughout the process.” For example, labeling herself the “Real Estate Diva” not only showcases her unique personality, but also communicates her penchant for excellence. Luna has also launched her own team of new agents, “Coldwell Banker Luxe Group,” whom she hopes to help reach their fullest potential by offering white-glove service and personalized attention to every client they serve. The Luxe Group offers a big brand name with a boutique feel.

A member of the National, Illinois, and Chicago Associations of Realtors as well as the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Luna draws inspiration from her husband and three children, who motivate and push her to be her best. She regularly volunteers with the Coldwell Banker Charitable Foundation and Special Spaces, an organization that creates dream bedrooms for terminally ill children. “I’m living proof that you can be successful and fulfilled if you commit to making your life matter,” she says. “Real estate has proven the perfect platform for me to become the person I always knew I could be, so I want to pay that happiness forward in everything I do.”
