Lauren Goldberg

Lauren Goldberg brings a unique background to her real estate business. An art school graduate, Goldberg’s first post-college job was with a national distribution company that carried European luxury appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and millwork. Goldberg sold and supplied many of Chicago’s condo buildings, single- family homes, and designer showrooms. That network allowed her to form lasting relationships with builders, architects, and designers that have been essential to her real estate career. It also expanded her knowledge of construction, finishes, and cost.
Now a nine-year @properties agent working out of the company’s Bucktown office, the majority of her business is referral-based. Goldberg specializes in the luxury market, investments, and new construction. She also works with first-time buyers and has experience in distressed sales. She credits her success to her network of connections, learning from others in the business, and being married to her husband, a luxury real estate developer.
Goldberg goes beyond getting the client from contract to close. She has established a team of trusted vendors to help with every homeowner’s need. Her clients can confidently count on her recommendations. Whether
to find the best plumber, attorney, or interior designer, Goldberg has several resources she trusts to refer.
A mother of a three-year-old and an eight-month-old baby, Goldberg says she is inspired by other working moms. She explains that being a working mom is something that requires a bit of juggling and time management, but is very rewarding once you find your balance. Being a mother in the city has also educated Lauren on Chicago’s public and private schools. It has been an eye-opening experience for her to research them and learn what they have to offer. That has also been helpful information for her to share with her buyers, many of whom want to raise their families in the city.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, working out, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
