A business graduate of the University of Missouri who also holds a leadership certificate from Oxford University, Clark says she employs careful attention to detail to correctly price the homes she lists, expertly stages them to attract buyers, and informs selling agents of their value by strategically placing notecards to highlight special features throughout. She also encourages her sellers to leave a personal note to explain why they love the home, which helps to create a connection with buyers. Clark uses these innovative techniques, along with her negotiation skills, to make sure she gets only the best for her clients.
A former college basketball player, this industry veteran and mother of three is part of a highly athletic family who play volleyball, soccer and football, and
race motorcycles. Her civic engagements include volunteering as a board member with Benet Academy and White Eagle Country Club. Clark is also a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Guild. She likens her real estate expertise to an Audrey Hepburn quote describing the true beauty of a woman as evident in her soul and the passion she exhibits. “I showcase every property as a place where a family can make happy memories together, and that’s the difference between selling a house and selling a home.”
