Jane Lee has an impressive track record in real estate. Her RE/MAX Top Performers team has ranked No. 1 among northern Illinois RE/MAX teams each year since 2004, earned distinction as the No. 11 RE/MAX team in the U.S. in 2015 and ranked as the No. 16 RE/MAX team worldwide that year as well, due to selling more than 500 homes with sales in excess of $160 million. She has been honored as the No. 1 Northern Illinois RE/MAX agent multiple times, and was recognized as a Luminary of Distinction for more than $20 million in commission after a minimum of 20 years of service. In addition, Lee has received the RE/MAX Circle of Legends and Lifetime Achievement Awards and holds membership in the RE/ MAX Diamond, Platinum and Chairman’s Clubs. She is one of America’s Most Honored Professionals in 2016.

After earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in chemical engineering and computer science, Lee began her career as a buyer’s agent before launching her own brokerage. That experience helped her understand what both buyers and sellers expect so that she could strategically employ outstanding agents to make that happen. “Our team is the best because we strive for excellence and are experts on the Chicagoland market,” she says. Together they provide comprehensive services in all aspects of real estate, including the sale and purchase of residential, investment, rental and commercial property, and guidance in short sales and real estate-owned purchases. Lee’s numerous designations, including Certi ed Residential Specialist, Certi ed Distressed Property Expert, Certi ed Investor Agent Specialist and, most recently, Certi ed Luxury Home Marketing Specialist point to her talent and dedication in the field.

Describing real estate as her life’s calling – Lee says that it is “in her blood” – this wife and mother of two describes her approach as relentless. “I won’t give up until I know my client has gotten the best value for their dollar,” she says. That philosophy is a key reason why this RE/MAX Top Performer averages annual sales ranging from $100 million to $174 million. It is also why the Wall Street Journal named Lee one of the top 50 real estate brokers in the U.S. and the Small Business Commerce Association recognized her as “Best in Business” in its real estate category.

A member of the National, Illinois, and Chicago Associations of Realtors, Lee and her team regularly sponsor local community events. She also mentors Chinese- American youth to help them set and attain life goals. She is no doubt an exemplar, but points out that true success requires identifying one’s passion and pursuing it. “My team and I love our career, so we give our all every day because real estate is what we were meant to do.”
