Senior Mortgage Advisor
A mortgage originator is only as successful as her relationships with real estate agents and their clients, a fact not lost on Christina Ewing, who lives by The Golden Rule: Treat others as you would like to be treated. Since joining the mortgage origination business when she was 19 years old, Ewing has seen each day as a new opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with great Realtors as a reliable, responsive resource that they can count on while they are competing for business.
It is this outlook on relationships that sets Ewing apart from the rest, and put her among the top 1 percent of mortgage originators nationally. Known for her knowledge of the latest lending guidelines, Ewing provides each of her clients with rock-solid preapprovals and maintains open lines of communication with all parties throughout the transaction. “Taking the time to do these things is a lot of work, but it’s why Realtors can rely on me to help them close more sales,” she says.
Throughout the years, Ewing has learned to embrace the unique day-to-day challenges that come with the industry, employing her strong sense of leadership and perseverance. Those skills greatly benefited Ewing when she decided to move her business to PERL Mortgage.
“Moving your business to a new company is exciting but also risky,” she says. “You never really know what opportunities and challenges are going to arise. I was able to move my rather significant pipeline of business to PERL while maintaining, and in many cases strengthening, the many great Realtor relationships that I have built.” At PERL Mortgage, Ewing has been empowered to build a team of experienced, dedicated individuals who share her passion and dedication to being among the best in the business.
Outside of the mortgage industry, Ewing dedicates her time to the Chicago Auxiliary Board for Hephizibah Children’s Association, a local organization that’s been helping children and families in need since 1897. She is also an avid yogi and a globetrotter who intends to explore every nook and cranny of this planet.
