Those accomplishments include career sales of nearly $250 million, earning her induction into the Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Premier for the past five years. This prestigious honor is awarded only to those who place among among the company’s top 1 percent. In addition, Coldwell Banker has honored Chin among its top 20 agents in DuPage and Will Counties multiple times. Her success comes from her work ethic and her ability to meet any challenge. “I believe there’s truly no limit to what one can achieve in their career if they work hard and continuously challenge themselves to rise to a new standard of excellence,” she says.

A University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign finance graduate, Chin previously worked as a middle-market financial analyst at Bank One Corporation. “I loved that my position was numbers-oriented, but I craved more customer interaction,” she recalls. By moving into real estate, she was able to merge a longstanding interest in real estate with that desire to focus more on the social side of business, launching a career that would offer the best of both worlds: financial analysis and connecting with clients.

Chin works with both buyers and sellers, but she is particularly adept at helping clients whose listing has either expired or cancelled. “I excel in this niche specialty because I can pinpoint gaps in the original listing strategy and effectively market the home at the best price to generate a fairly quick sale,” she explains. In addition to her ability to move hard-to-sell property, clients rely on her out-of-the-box problem solving to strategically negotiate on their behalf and to ensure all parties reach a consensus.

“Every day in real estate is different and every challenge is unique, and that’s why I’m as excited about my career today as I was when I first became a Realtor,” says Chin. “I believe in giving my clients 200 percent!” She adds that her husband and daughter motivate and inspire her. “I want my clients to be happy with the outcomes of the sale or purchase I help them make, but I also want them to know that I’ll work as hard for them as I would for my own family. I believe it’s all or nothing, and that’s how I approach everything I do!”
