When working with Juany Honeycutt, you will never hear her say, “That isn’t my job.” Instead, she goes above and beyond.
“I’ve been known to babysit, pet-sit, coordinate movers, cleaners and tenants – anything within reason to help my clients feel at ease,” she says. “It’s not about the commission check, but rather the ability to help them move forward with a dream.”
2014 marks the first year Honeycutt is branching out on her own, working to become a top producer in her own right. Last year, she was the vice president of residential sales with the Straub Milito Group, which had a sales volume of $32 million. Prior to that, she was a part of the Brant Booker team, which was consistently recognized as a top-producing group.
“I have to thank all of the wonderful team leaders and mentors I’ve had the honor of working with,” she says. “They each taught me the keys skills needed to succeed, and I now feel confident building my own name and brand after a decade in the industry.”
Honeycutt loves the puzzle-solving part of her career, which gives her the opportunity to help clients make compromises without making them feel like they lost a battle. Additionally, her open and honest yet firm and educated approach has clients feeling like she is truly in their corner. And she is.
“I take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level and really listen to their dreams,” she says. “Having the ability to see what they visualize – and interpret that to something tangible – is one of my best attributes. I plan to continue to that as I grow and establish my brand, and promise that the little hiccups in life will never get in the way of my positive attitude.”
