Dan Gjeldum has been one of the top mortgage professionals in Chicago for the past 18 years. He is currently licensed in five states and will be licensed in 30-plus by the end of 2014. Since 2010, he’s been ranked in the top 200 mortgage originators by Scotsman Guide and has closed over $100 million in mortgages in each of the past two years. Despite his professional commitments, Gjeldum still makes time to serve on the board of directors for the District 181 Foundation, which supports school initiatives through educational events and programs, and also as a coach to multiple teams for his four kids.
