Tonya Corder

Managing Broker, Keller Williams Preferred Realty;
President, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors

Tonya Corder has dedicated her career to raising the bar for clients and colleagues. Her service to the industry includes work as a member of the public policy, education and business diversity committees for the Illinois Association of Realtors, as well as the grievance, pro-standards, government affairs and finance committees at the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORe), the largest association in Illinois, where she also serves as president.

“I am especially proud to be president of MORe,” Corder says. “We’ve grown to become the largest local Realtor association in Illinois and the fourth largest in the nation. We are also a very diverse organization, and this year adopted a diversity policy to help ensure we continue to engage Realtors from all age groups, regions and cultures.”

Corder’s inclusive nature also extends to her managing broker position with Keller Williams. Whether it’s short sales for sellers or assisting homebuyers through multiple offer situations, Corder always balances her client service with an empathetic, personal touch.

“I’m all about helping people, whether they are buyers, sellers or other Realtors,” Corder says. “I stay in contact with my clients consistently throughout the buying or selling process. Even when the transaction is completed, I’m like an extended part of their family. My clients often call just to chat or to keep me updated on their lives.”
