Vice President of Sales
Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty
Nancy Tassone is in the top 1 percent of agents at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, and is looked up to for her ethics, experience and kindhearted approach in dealing with fellow brokers. Her business is nearly 100-percent referral based, and it’s understandable as to how: her tenacity, dedication to her clients and willingness to go to great lengths for them has made those referrals possible.
“Clients refer me to other people because I go the extra mile, always, to make sure my clients are as stress free as possible,” she says. “I have a very frank approach with my clients in getting their homes prepared for listing. I have a unique ability to handle difficult situations in any transaction, and in turn, it leads to less stress for my clients.”
Tassone has developed those attributes over the course of her 13 years in the industry, with her honing, tweaking and refining her approaches to negotiations, consulting and advising, along with partnering with service providers who share her business philosophies and absolute commitment to customer service – which, she explains, is another way she retains clients.
“I feel my level of customer service is bar none,” she says. “My goal is to take care of every detail for our clients, including hiring handymen, carpet cleaners and cleaning crews; purchasing items needed to freshen up the house; and handling moves.”
But even with her runaway success – Tassone has closed more than $350 million in real estate in her career – she has not lost her emotional connection with her work.
“I love my career because after all this time, I still get that amazing feeling when a deal is closed,” she says. “I had such a feel-good moment the other day with the most lovely buyers, and it reminded me why I love my job.”
