For the past 17 years in the mortgage business, Mike McNamara has carved his niche by genuinely caring about each of his customers and taking the time to coach them through the process of becoming a homeowner.  For McNamara, it’s not just another loan. “It’s about a connection and means for helping someone achieve their goals,” he says.

McNamara credits his success to his friendships and partnerships with the real estate community, and the shared goal of providing the best possible experience for their clients. This is also why he loves working for A and N Mortgage Services, a small, family-owned and operated mortgage company that puts the customer first and truly “gets it” when it comes to customer service and building relationships.

“My customers appreciate that I take the time to really explain the process and educate them,” McNamara says. “I enjoy going to work each day because I get to watch people go through the various chapters of their lives while helping them with their home financing needs.”

Speaking of, the McNamara family is about to enter a new chapter in their lives too: their children have convinced them to become dog owners for the very first time. They’d appreciate any advice!
