Michael Shenfeld is a real estate consultant who always strives to exceed his client’s expectations. This is why Michael, in his 11-year career, has built a 100 percent referral-based business helping buyers, sellers, developers and investors in the city and surrounding suburbs with a remarkably wide array of recognition.

In addition to being consistently recognized as one of the top 1 percent of all Illinois Realtors, a platinum level producer at Koenig & Strey and a recipient of Koenig & Strey’s distinguished Diamond Elite Premier Service Award, an award for having one of the highest levels of satisfied clients as recently as 2012, Michael was also acknowledged by the Chicago Association of Realtors for his sales volume and number of units closed.

Integral to his success are Michael’s highly attuned skills in negotiation, communication and marketing, all qualities he honed when working as a successful commercial photographer.

“I treat each of my clients as a unique relationship, which does not stop when the transaction is closed, and have become lifelong friends with most of my clients,” he says. “My clients are extremely happy and confident with the consistent level of service I provide, which allows them to take advantage of a large network of resources I have available.”

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lori and his two daughters, Isabelle and Addison, in addition to riding his Harley, photography, travel and golf.
