In an industry known for causing more than a few headaches, Mortgage Consultant Michael Klein of Fifth Third Bank has distinguished himself by providing pain-free lending solutions.

A 21-year veteran of the mortgage arena, he is known for his resourceful, creative approaches to clients’mortgage needs. Klein and his team have a simple business philosophy they always keep in mind.

“We view every interaction as if to say: how would I want this handled if I were the client?” He explains. For his team, this means treating every transaction with urgency and importance, maintaining constant communication and staying out in front of each step in the process.

“I’m so appreciative to have the kind of job where I really get to know my clients and their families and celebrate their milestones and growth along with them,” Klein says. He is also passionate about giving back to the communities he serves, particularly local military members and their families. This includes his work through Fifth Third Bank’s programs to benefit deployed or hospitalized troops as well as their children.

With the stock market currently reaching record heights and the housing industry in the midst of a recovery, Michael looks forward to helping his Realtor partners and their clients make the most of all opportunities to come.
