Joseph Talarico has been an attorney for 15 years, but it is his keen business sense that sets him apart. Well-respected in the industry, Talarico approaches his law practice with both common sense and confidence.

“I take a common sense approach to my view of the law, and I work extremely hard. For instance, I give my cell phone number to my clients and agents, and take calls at nights and on weekends,” Talarico says. “I care about my clients, and do the best job that I can for them.”

With degrees in both electrical engineering and law from Northwestern University, Talarico has expertise in many different areas of the law.

In addition to his real estate law practice, which covers residential and commercial transactions in both the conventional and distressed marketplaces, Talarico also has experience in business litigation and intellectual property law. Talarico has started multiple business ventures outside of his real estate law practice, including a high-end Italian restaurant on Michigan Avenue.

Using all of his collective experiences, Talarico has earned the respect of agents, lenders, fellow attorneys and clients doing what he loves.

“I love helping people,” he says. “I also love that no two days are the same, because of the wide variety of transactions that I work on and the diverse group of people that I meet through my practice.”
