Self-taught, Kaiser has accumulated a vast knowledge base of the mortgage process, one that he utilizes not only for his clients, but also his junior loan officers and loan originators, whom he mentors, coaches and sees as an integral part of the future of his lending operations.

“I enjoy my participation in the mentoring of junior loan officers and helping the loan originators meet their personal production and obtain their goals,” he says. “I would like to grow to 60 loan originators, and double our sales volume in the Community Bank group this year.”
