Gwen Farinella, who came to real estate 14 years ago after a successful foray in executive management for the apparel industry, understands Chicago inside and out, having lived in the city her entire life. She has been a part of the sales teams of many of Chicago’s most notable properties. And Nick Farnsworth, who comes from a background in the sales and title industry, focuses on thoroughly educating his clients on every step of the buying and selling process.
