The new home marketplace in Chicago is poised for its strongest year in some time, and Deborah Beaver is one of the most pivotal players in that recovery.
As the vice president of William Ryan Homes,Beaver oversees the overall operations of William Ryan’s Chicago division, which includes everything from land acquisition, creating products for today’s buyer, overseeing the sales, purchasing, production and closing departments and finally, the responsibility for the profit, loss and growth of the homebuilding division.
Operating with a “Customer Driven by Design” philosophy, Beaver says the sentiment might as well be her business mantra.
“It guides every decision we make,” Beaver says. “We survey our prospects, our customers and our homeowners to constantly improve the homebuilding and homeownership process. Every deal is custom-tailored to our customer’s needs, both financially and monetarily. We continually define our business to the needs of the homebuying consumer.”
And though she’s worked in real estate for more than 27 years now, Beaver still loves helping consumers fulfill their American Dream of homeownership.
“There is no bigger high in life than helping someone get into their new dream home,” she says.
