Since joining Wintrust Mortgage three years ago, Peterson has been instrumental in the company’s quest to become Chicagoland’s premier lender. His hard work and dedication have earned him three consecutive President Circle awards. And, this past year, he achieved Wintrust Mortgage’s most coveted recognition as the sole President Award winner.
“I believe my key to success has been rooted in cultivating relationships founded on trust and integrity,” Peterson says, whose business is primarily referral-based. “We truly appreciate every referral that is given to our team because it shows that we’re doing something right.”

Peterson says he is most in his element when saving clients money and securing their financial futures, and he looks forward to continuing his success through referrals from his satisfied client base.

When not reading industry guidelines or pre-approving borrowers, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young son in Roscoe Village.
