Amidst an exhausting and stressful 60-day bidding period, Chandra not only sold her client’s townhouse in less than a week, but also secured three separate extensions with the condo’s seller while her client awaited approval for his mortgage; and during the entire process, Chandra contacted her client’s attorney, mortgage broker and the client himself multiple times a day to ensure that everything was in its proper place.
