According to our survey, not too many Chicago Agent readers are unhappy with the way issues are dealt with in their brokerage – only 5 percent are unsatisfied, while 39 percent are very satisfied. More than half of readers are very satisfied with their managing broker and consider the managing broker to be an important deciding factor when making the switch to a different brokerage.
“I am the managing broker for a broker/owner who also sells and owns three offices. We work as a team; and have well-run offices with producing agents. In 20 years of managing, this is the first time I have worked with and for an owner who has a thorough understanding of the marketplace as it changes.” BOBBIE GERBRECHT GRAYSON, MANAGING BROKER, RE/MAX GREAT AMERICAN NORTH
“I have to admit that when I joined a corporate office in Naperville that had, at the time, over 600 agents, I had my doubts about the managing broker. Not so much regarding his abilities, but how available he would actually be. After several years, and now with double the agents (close to 1,200!), I have to say I am in awe of the managing broker and office staff! I was impressed with the model the company offered, but couldn’t dream of how well it works.” DENISE NOWAK, REALTOR, CHARLES RUTENBERG REALTY
