Agents’ Showing Satisfaction

With the first two pie charts, even though the housing market has slowed over the past two years, agents report  higher satisfaction in agent to agent interaction at showings.

As compared to 2008, there has been a 13 percent increase in agents reporting an excellent experience at showings with the cooperating agent.

Scheduled Showings
In regards to showing appointments, this chart shows that most agents schedule showings one day ahead of the listing appointment, while 37 percent of showings are scheduled at least two days prior. Eighteen percent of showings are scheduled the day of the listing appointment.
