The Southside Builders Association held a panel discussion about effective and efficient funding for investment real estate deals on April 6 at the Erie Street Café at 11:30 a.m. The topics discussed at the forum were how non-bank lending enhances investors’ financial strength, the value of fast funding to win more deals, asset-based lending criteria, as well as construction and rehab projects.
