With the personal motto of “I’ll go above and beyond for you,” Marj Carpenter has two professional objectives: finding the right price, and helping people move on with their lives. Working primarily in the McHenry County area, she serves multiple markets, including luxury, new construction, international and relocation.

Carpenter has received multiple professional recognitions, including the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. But she is most proud of something that isn’t an award or recognition – the hundreds of friends she’s made and helped over the years.

“I really love the fact that I help people move on with their lives,” she says. “Whether it’s a good situation or not so good, I know I have improved the quality of their lives in some way. How many people can say that?”

She plans on using her sphere of influence and the many referrals she receives to double her business in the next two years.

“It’s really achievable,” she says.
