The 13th season of the Gerald Fogelson Forum on Real Estate kicked off Sept. 27 with a discussion about Chicago’s 2004 Zoning Reform: “Is it working for Chicago?”
A panel of experts weighed in on the topic and then lead a discussion with attendees.
Participating experts include Kirk Bishop, principal, Duncan Associates; Benet Haller, director, Urban Design and Planning (DHED), City of Chicago and Jack Guthman, partner, Shefsky & Froelich Ltd. D.
Bradford Hunt, associate professor of social science and history, Roosevelt University, served as moderator.
