Sandesh Bilgi will be joining Kale Realty as a Managing Broker. The 10-year Chicago real estate veteran will manage their new office and training facility, located at 2447 N. Ashland Ave. Bilgi played a role in the growth and development in several Chicago real estate companies, such as Sussex and Reilly, Jameson Real Estate, Century 21 and Conlon: A Real Estate Company.
Bilgi is planning on helping the entire brokerage community by launching a training, coaching and mentoring program in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, scheduled to launch in March 2013. His plan is to bring professionalism, integrity and competency to real estate brokers by offering a development platform to enhance their skills, talents and efforts. He also wants to start a real estate pre-licensing school to help new business professionals from other industries to enter the business.

Bilgi is publishing a real estate training manual entitled, “I Have My Real Estate License…Now What?” He is creating a continued education curriculum as well for current brokers, where he offers systems, strategies and innovations to help them make more money and offer better quality service for consumers.
