Realty and co-owner of Avid Solutions, a short sale negotiation company, along with Stephanie Andre-Ouellette. The former social worker and marketing/advertising executive, respectively, have found success in a true partnership.
“We aim to serve our clients the best we possibly can and create those ‘win-win’ situations in every transaction we are a party to,” they say. “We have closed just over 50 short sales in 2012 to date, and hope to more than double that by year end.”
The company business volume has increased so much over the years that the two have grown their company significantly in just three and a half years, recruiting additional negotiators and agents. Success to them, however, isn’t just about closing deal after deal – it’s about truly being passionate about helping people and loving what they do.
“Our goal is to be a complete resource to our clients for all their real estate needs, both in the retail world and the distressed market,” they say. “The fact that we have M.A.G.
