My first job in the real estate industry was as a sales agent for Winkler Realty, Riverside, Ill., in 1982. Who inspires you? I was trained and taught the business by Denise Pav and am inspired by the many families who allow me into a very personal part of their lives: their homes. What is your favorite free-time activity?
