What was your first job in the realty industry?
As a full time Realtor, I was working with buyers every weekend.
Who inspires you?
My mom, who always has a smile on her face and works hard, no matter what.
What is your favorite free-time activity?
Golf, I love the fresh air and the challenge. Plus, it’s a great way to network and meet people.
How did you learn the business?
By doing it and keeping busy! If I don’t have any appointments, I work until I get one.
What was your most difficult sale, and how did you succeed?
The day before closing, the buyer lost his job. We rented the home to him for one year and then sold it on a contract sale.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Finding the time to accomplish everything I want to do
What was your worst job, and what did you learn from it?
My worst job was working in a factory for the summer. It was so boring that I used to fall asleep. I learned that I needed to find a career that I love.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients?
Everywhere
What has been your greatest accomplishment?
Being a top producer enables me to send my kids to college. I’m also proud to have been to every baseball and basketball game for my kids.
What is your favorite restaurant?
I like trying a new place every time. I do like Nick’s Fish Market though.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Chicago?
My favorite buildings are Water Tower because of its history and John Hancock for its style.
What kind of car do you drive?
Lexus RX330. It’s great in the snow and I love the seat warmers in the winter. Sometimes, as a joke, I turn on the seat warmer in the passenger’s side in the summer.

What is your favorite city after Chicago?
San Diego, I love the climate and all the activity.
What is your personal motto?
When the door closes, a window opens somewhere.
