Out of 39,075 total users of connectMLS, according to Midwest Real Estate Data, Inc., in August, there were a total of 35,504 unique logins. That is 90.9 percent of MRED’s users in one month – “a typical month for our users and connectMLS,” according to CEO Russ Bergeron. But keep reading.

Also in August, 3,336 unique users logged in to the main connectMLS site via an iPad; 3,285 via an Android device; and 2,872 via an iPhone. This means approximately 25.8 percent accessed the MLS from a mobile device – if you weren’t convinced agents are adapting to using tablets and truly using their mobile devices to help their real estate business, even with something as general as accessing the MLS remotely, this should prove otherwise.
