Prudential Rubloff has just announced their merger with GPS Realty, Inc. of Union Pier, Michigan.

This is the fourth merger Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel, partners of Prudential Rubloff, have had after purchasing Prudential Preferred properties in 2007. In recent years they’ve joined with Prudential Spengel in 2010, Rubloff Residential Properties in 2009 and the Village Green Group in 2008.

Michael Pierson says that GPS Realty is a wonderful firm with an excellent reputation.

“We welcome Sue Daubert, Joe Prino and John Burke to the Prudential Rubloff family and look forward to further expanding our presence in Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan,” Pierson said.
