Albany Park
Located in the heart of Albany Park, the newly rehabbed two-bedroom, two-bathroom units of Lawrence Spaulding Lofts combine vintage features with modern amenities.
While the residences feature old world craftsmanship, such as red oak hardwood flooring throughout and 42-inch maple cabinetry, they also include modern touches like stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The units also have aluminum double glass windows.
The condos include an in-unit washer and dryer, a Jacuzzi tub with each master bathroom, an intercom and a 24-hour security camera system. Lawrence Spaulding offers two years of free parking in an assigned location.
All units feature a floor plan with an open kitchen and dining/living room area, and the larger units include a den and foyer.
The ethnically diverse neighborhood of Albany Park offers a variety of cultures, ethnic cuisines and unique retail. The condominiums are located near the CTA Brown Line, providing access to all of the areas of the city.
The Lawrence Spaulding Lofts are FHA-approved.

What is the difference between working on a new construction development and a resale home/unit? New construction is great and varies, but the one thing I do like is that it gives buyers a chance to customize their own homes. As for resale home/unit, it’s already done.
