Rebecca Thomson, Regional Vice President

Coldwell Banker Realty

Year after year, Rebecca Thomson continues to raise the bar. As regional vice president at Coldwell Banker Realty, Thomson devised a regional leadership structure that has elevated her agents’ experience through dedicated leaders supporting brokerage, high-level coaching, business strategy and growth. This model has since been replicated throughout the country, and everyone is taking note. Her offices now lead the nation in attracting productive agents—largely because of this leadership model.

Thomson made her mark over the past five years while amassing quite the following. With 2,000 agents and over $2.5 billion in sales, she and her team are leading the charge as the industry undergoes dramatic transformation.

“The key is meeting the consumer where they are, all while delivering exceptional customer experience day in and day out,” says Thomson. “We are laser-focused on helping our agents stay top of mind and helping them deliver a seamless experience while creating efficiencies on the back so they can continue growing their business.”

Outside of real estate, Thomson chairs the Gender Equality subcommittee for the Union League Club of Chicago and is an active member of Chicago’s International Women’s Forum, and as an alumnus at University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Recently, Thomson was named to Swanepoel’s Power 200 list and her passion for emerging technology will soon take center stage as she headlines the prestigious iOi tech conference this August.

Thomson says, smiling knowingly, “Change is a constant, it is now more rapid than ever, adapting and anticipating are essential to thrive. I’m fascinated by the potential AI and machine learning pose and am wholly invested in leveraging them to help our agents and clients. Change is opportunity.”
