When Maria Devins began her real estate career in 2007, she vowed always to protect, guide and inform clients so they could make the best decisions for themselves.

A real estate broker with Baird & Warner, Devins holds many designations: listing agent, Certified Buyer’s Specialist, Global Relocation Specialist and Certified Real Estate Negotiator. She assists clients in the city and surrounding suburbs. A no-nonsense, compassionately direct and trustworthy problem-solver, she has a wealth of knowledge and a reputation for providing clients with an umbrella of protection.

Devins maintains a high profile in the business, making appearances on HGTV’s hit show “House Hunters,” which give her buyers a unique opportunity to share their homebuying journeys. Likewise, she now hosts “The American Dream,” a syndicated lifestyle and real estate show that’s been nominated for an Emmy and won seven Telly awards. “My clients love the idea of potentially featuring their home nationally while getting the most marketing exposure with me,” Devins says. “I love showing what all the wonderful areas in the city and suburbs have to offer in terms of real estate, lifestyle, culture and business, both on and off screen.”

With kindness, integrity, confidence and fierce loyalty, Devins is determined to respectfully help clients overcome any obstacles that could get in the way of achieving their real estate goals. “I’m proud, blessed and so grateful to know that in these past 18 years, I’ve done that, and will continue to have the joy and the privilege to do so,” she remarks.

In her free time, Devins volunteers with Realtors Against Homelessness to assist high school students in the area and helps out at local animal shelters, including Jellystone Bark’s Rescue Rangers. She’s devoted to her beloved husband of 35 years, her amazing three adult children and her three dogs. “They are my everything,” she says of her family. “It’s a GREAT life, and I am so blessed and thankful.”
