The Heartland REALTOR® Organization held its induction ceremony on Sept. 7 at The District, a historic venue in Richmond. There, Melissa Kostelnik, of RE/MAX Plaza, was installed as president, taking over from Immediate Past President Karen Conley Sabella, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate, who was also honored as REALTOR® of the Year. Additionally, Maureen Forgette, of CENTURY 21 Roberts and Andrews, was installed as Heartland’s president-elect and Erin Bjornson, of Vylla Home, as secretary-treasurer.
