Grace Goro Kaage serves as managing director at Compass, where she helps lead local strategies for growth and agent experience. As a board member, chairperson and founder of numerous organizations in both the real estate and local communities, Kaage leverages a wealth of philanthropic, organizational and managerial expertise in the ways she leads every day. She holds over a decade of experience within the real estate industry, but her deep sense of empathy, creative solutioning and vision-setting are what set her apart.

Kaage currently serves on the CAR board of directors and is a major investor for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee. She’s past chair of the Young Professionals Network Advisory Board and was founder and president of the Prostate Cancer League, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. While in sales, Kaage was regularly recognized as a CAR Top Producer, first as an individual and later as a team lead.

Though a third-generation managing broker, Kaage is carving her own path with agents and other industry leaders.
