Principal agents Joey Halperin, David Schatz and Chris Sweitzer and their team have left Dream Town and returned to Compass.
The move, which includes former Dream Town team members Megan O’Carroll, Dana Noureldin, Riley Callahan and Daniel Banys, comes roughly three months after Dream Town was acquired by Baird & Warner.
“We are excited to return to Compass, where innovation meets real estate,” Halperin said. “The Compass technology platform and local leadership will empower us to better serve our clients and accelerate our team’s growth in the Chicago market.”
Halperin, Schatz and Sweitzer are top producers in Chicago’s new construction market, and their return to Compass marks a significant step in their strategic plan to leverage the brokerage’s tools and resources, such as its 3-Phased Marketing Strategy, to best serve their clients, Compass said in an announcement.
“Compass offers an environment that fosters both personal and professional growth,” Sweitzer said. “With their cutting-edge tools and expansive network, we are poised to reach new heights and achieve our goals.”
