Former Coldwell Banker Gold Coast agent Brittany Ramsey has joined Keller Williams ONEChicago’s Bronzeville office as a strategic real estate consultant. 

Ramsey founded The Noir Row Collective, a specialized consulting division focused on hospitality and mixed-use developments across Chicago and Detroit. She connects operators with capital sources, design professionals and development teams to bring complex projects to fruition and is currently representing over $3 million in active commercial listings.

Before entering real estate, Ramsey held strategic roles at NBCUniversal and Tribune Media Group.
