Midwest Real Estate Data has added Bettendorf, Iowa-based Quad City Area REALTORS® as an association partner.
The new agreement will provide QCAR’s 1,000 member agents with new tools, service options and access to MRED’s MLS network, which now comprises 16 Realtor associations that contract with MRED to provide MLS and other real estate services.
QCAR members will be able to continue using Paragon as their front-end MLS, as MRED offers three MLS options: Paragon, connectMLS and Zenlist.
“Joining MRED means giving our members access to one of the most advanced and collaborative MLS platforms in the country,” QCAR CEO Sharon Smith said in a press release. “With powerful tools, unmatched data accuracy and a strong commitment to service and support, MRED will help our agents stay competitive, close more deals and elevate the level of professionalism across our entire association.”
MRED and QCAR have already begun working to integrate their systems and expect to complete the work by the end of 2025.
“This is more than just a technical integration, it’s a relationship rooted in shared goals and values,” MRED President and CEO Rebecca Jensen said. “We’re proud to work side-by-side with QCAR to support their members. We’re excited to collaborate and ensure this is a seamless and valuable transition.”
QCAR serves Clinton County, Scott County and the town of Durant in Cedar County in Iowa and Rock Island County, Mercer County, Henry County, Stark County, Marshall County and part of Bureau County in Illinois.
