Three Chicago real estate vets join Jameson Sotheby’s Lake Forest office

by John Yellig

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty’s Lake Forest office just brought on three real estate veterans with decades of experience between them.

With over 22 years in the industry, 21 of those spent at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago (BHHS), Edie Love comes to Jameson Sotheby’s with a wealth of experience and an eagerness to begin the next chapter of her career.

“I have truly enjoyed my 21 years with BHHS Chicago, but I am excited to begin a new chapter with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty,” said Edie Love. “I look forward to elevating my business with the state-of-the-art technology, marketing and luxury brand, all of which will best serve my clients.

Also joining the Lake Forest team is Nicole Fabiano, who’s been in real estate for 25 years. Before joining Jameson Sotheby’s, she spent almost 16 years at The Oertel Group | Compass, which she joined after moving to Chicago from South Florida

“As I enter my 25th year in real estate and reflect on how I can best serve my clients, as well as the support I need and the goals I aim to achieve moving forward, there was only one option — to align myself with the global leader in luxury real estate, Sotheby’s International Realty,” Fabiano said. “It is humbling to be among the highest caliber of real estate advisors in the world, and I am truly honored to have been invited to join the brand-new Jameson Sotheby’s office in Lake Forest.”

Finally, Elizabeth Jakaitis joined Jameson Sotheby’s after 13 years at BHHS Chicago. Jakaitis is a longtime Lake Forest resident who has almost 20 years of experience serving the North Shore.

“With immense gratitude and excitement, I am happy to join Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty,” Jakaitis said. “This incredible company truly understands the unique needs of luxury clients and provides the tools and unwavering support to elevate my business to extraordinary new heights.”
