Mike Larson and Colby Price join Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

by Emily Mack

Two new agents have joined Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty (JSIR): Mike Larson and Colby Price.

Larson, who covers Chicago and Lake Geneva, quickly made a name for himself after launching his real estate career at Gold Coast Realty in 2015. Since then, he’s completed over $50 million in total sales and rental volume and broke the city-wide record for the fastest leased building.

“I’m excited to have joined Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty and to be part of a global brand that sets the standard in luxury real estate,” Larson said in a press release. “I’m confident this partnership will elevate my business to new heights and offer my clients an unmatched experience in the industry.”

“Mike Larson’s distinguished reputation and success is a clear testament to his superior professionalism and commitment to excellence,” JSIR Vice President and Chicago City Hub Designated Managing Broker Jim Miller said.

Price, meanwhile, was most recently affiliated with COMPASS. Before that, she worked in the hospitality industry, at Four Seasons, and aims to bring that same concierge-level service to each transaction.

“[Sotheby’s] core belief that ‘luxury is not a price point, it’s a level of service’ resonates deeply with my own values and my commitment to exceeding expectations,” Colby said of her move to JSIR. “I’m honored to be part of a team where exceptional service is not just a goal but our standard.”

Miller also expressed his excitement. “We are thrilled to welcome Colby Price to our Chicago team,” he said. “Colby’s passion for real estate and design, combined with her deep knowledge of the Chicago market and beyond, make her an outstanding fit for our brand.”
