Agent duo Anna Fiascone and Natalie Ryan have affiliated with COMPASS after 15 and eight years, respectively, with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago (BHHS Chicago). They joined forces at BHHS Chicago in 2020, forming AFNR Homes.

Since then, Ryan and Fiascone have achieved $130 million in total sales volume together, including $36 million in sales over the past year alone. In May, they oversaw a record-setting, $2.75 million transaction in Willowbrook: the most expensive home sale in that suburb in the past decade.

Ryan and Fiascone credit their success to their different backgrounds in advertisement and law, saying the combination provides “a crucial balance.”
