Fluent in Mandarin and English, Chih-Hao Yang is a bilingual broker who works with buyers and sellers as well as landlords and renters. Since moving to Illinois in 2003, he’s witnessed the continual expansion of the city’s residential landscape and, in turn, the evolving needs of his clients. His steady insight and marketing monitoring — traits he gained studying business and advertising — make Yang an expert in the field.

Having held the title of EB-5 immigration investment specialist with USCIS for nearly a decade, his resume includes both local and international clients.

Outside of work, Yang helps international students secure rental units throughout the city, easing their transition. He also loves to travel and has explored over 32 countries.
