Catherine Leonard entered real estate after working in advertising at what was then New York City’s largest privately held firm, Young & Rubicam. There, she oversaw major accounts, like Whitehall Brands and Colgate-Palmolive, before spending eight years with her family in Italy and France. Upon returning to the United States in 2000, Leonard moved to Evanston where she began her real estate career at Coldwell Banker. She grew into a consistent top producer there and, in 2014, became the manager of Baird & Warner’s Evanston office.

At Baird & Warner, Leonard is thrilled to merge her experience in managing and advertising along with her sales expertise.

She has a degree in English from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in advertising from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

She and her husband still live in Evanston and share two grown children.
