Elizabeth Lothamer founded the Lothamer Group in 2013, which has grown into a team of seven full-time agents, an operations manager and a marketing director. Led by Lothamer, they specialize in providing a high-level, customized approach for each client: from first-time home buyers to mid-size residential developers.

For the past 15 years, Lothamer has also worked in renovating foreclosed and investment properties through her development company, Lothamer Development. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding rehab and new construction which helps her to further educate her clients.

Outside of work, Lothamer remains highly involved in her community, volunteering and fundraising for various charities, including Humble Design and Habitat for Humanity. Through those organizations, she’s worked alongside other philanthropists, embarking on several initiatives aimed at making a positive difference in the area.
