Justin and Aly Tesar, a husband-and-wife team who form The Tesar Group, have joined @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. They will be based out of the firm’s Winnetka office.

The Tesars have more than 20 years of combined real estate experience and have closed $25.4 million in transactions this year alone, already topping their 2022 sales by over 30%.

Focusing on the North Shore market, both Justin and Aly are North Shore natives themselves, having attended Winnetka’s New Trier High School. They met while working as lifeguards at Gillson Beach in nearby Wilmette and, throughout their lives, have lived in Wilmette, Winnetka, Glencoe, Glenview and Northfield.

“The Tesars’ deep connections to the community, their knowledge of all things North Shore, and their energetic and empathetic approach to this business have made them popular among homebuyers and sellers as well as fellow agents,” Thomas Downing, vice president of brokerage services for @properties Christie’s International Real Estate in Winnetka, said in a press release.
