MRED will bring back the popular public records database Realist, giving users custom market analysis and reporting.
Realist will integrate with MRED’s existing MLS platforms, allowing users to combine multiple listing and public records info into one source for property intelligence, MRED announced Monday in an email to subscribers.
Realist, a CoreLogic database, will be available to MRED users starting in the fall. MRED said it brought back the platform after feedback from its subscribers.
MRED will continue to offer Remine, its existing property intelligence service.
“MRED has been focused on creating choice for our subscribers,’ MRED President and CEO Rebecca Jensen said in the email. “We listen to our marketplace and do everything we can to accommodate our brokers’ requests.”
Realist’s features include advance searching, mapping and reporting; a live valuation model; sales and transfer histories; tax and mortgage information; and a sell score that assesses the likelihood a property will be listed in the next six months.
MRED will offer training and support for those who want to use Realist.
