Alicia Blumer, Jon Fox and Bryce Hoffman have all joined Compass with Blumer and Fox combining to form a new group at the brokerage. All three agents come, most recently, from @properties Christie’s International Real Estate.

During the last 12 months, Blumer and Fox sold $30 million in combined sales. Now, as a team, they plan to lift up their combined sales experience and expertise in architecture and interior design using Compass resources. “With the power of the Compass technology platform and referral network, we can efficiently scale our business while cultivating the personalized approach that leads our clients to repeatedly rely on our expertise,” Blumer said in a press release.

Blumer and Fox will be based out of the Compass Chicago Bucktown office.

Meanwhile, Hoffman is an eight-year industry veteran, and he looks forward to the company’s tech as well its coaching programs and collaborative culture. “The technology and tools are seamless, and the company culture is like nowhere else.,” Hoffman said. He will operate out of the firm’s Lincoln Park office.
